Angling 1942 - 46

These narrow crimped merit badges were made using a light weight cloth with a unique weave. This cloth was used by one of the two suppliers of merit badges during WWII. Many collectors describe the weave as having a basket weave look and some describe the color as olive. The weave pattern is the welf thread passes over two warp threads then under two warp threads.
