Recognition may be given to a youth member or adult leader, where the evidence presented to the National Court of Honor, in accordance with prescribed regulations, who had demonstrated heroism and skill in saving or attempting to save life with minimal risk to self. Also worn by recipients of the previous Certificate for Heroism.
